About the event
Join us at Jamaica Pond to look for spring migrants and resident birds.
This two-hour walk is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced birders.
Limited loaner binoculars will be available to borrow on a first come, first serve basis, but you are encouraged to bring your own if you have them.
This walk will involve walking on paved surfaces as well as dirt and grass paths.
This is a free event, but registration is required.
NOTE: We will meet at the boathouse/canoe dock at Jamaica Pond at 9 am on Friday, May 23, NOT at the Connolly Branch. The Connolly Branch is listed as the location simply so more patrons can become aware of this event. The boathouse/canoe dock is at 507 Jamaicaway, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
