About the event
This is a guided bird walk with emphasis on photography. We will explore the Blackman Field & Woods area looking for birds while giving you guidance and tips to help you get the best results. This isn't a beginner's bird photography walk. This walk is geared towards people who have basic knowledge of their camera. However, I will give pointers on settings and composition when necessary, and you can ask all the questions you need regarding your camera, techniques, etc. Blackman Field and Woods is a Groton Conservation Trust property. This particular walk has an additional $3.50 rate due to the arrangement I made with the Groton Conservation Trust. I'm grateful they gave me permission to conduct this guided photo walk on their property.
