Franklin Park Fall Bird Walk

Join me and park friends for a bird walk at Franklin Park on Sunday, Oct 12th, 8am-10am, courtesy of the Franklin Park Coalition. Free event! No registration. Just show up! 🙂 🐦

Please bring binoculars if you have them. Limited loaner binoculars will be available on a first come, first served basis. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and dressing for the weather conditions. Expect to walk 1-2 miles on paved paths. The nearest restrooms are at the Franklin Park Golf Course Clubhouse. In the event of heavy rain, the walk will be canceled.

Meeting location: Meet by the tennis courts next to the Shattuck Picnic Grove on Circuit Drive. Google "Shattuck Picnic Grove, Boston, Ma" for GPS navigation. Street parking is available. Accessible via bus and subway (Forest Hills stop on Orange Line).
