Bird Walk & Resource Fair

Come out and enjoy The Great Malden Outdoors Birding Event! This free event features several guided birding options all along a flat and paved portion of the Northern Strand Bike Trail leading to the Rumney Marsh for a 1 mile round trip. You can select from joining a bird walk with Nature Man Mike from 8am to 10am or join blind birding guide and Malden resident, Jerry Berrier, from BirdBlind.org for a birding by ear tour from 9am to 11am, and we’re offering a Big Sit birding event by the Boston Birding Festival for the length of the program. Along with birding, you can check out the Resource Fair featuring organizations like Molina Healthcare, Boston Center for Independent Living, My Ombudsman, and many more!
